About saeed
Saeed Alansari
My family's connection to building & business goes back generations. My grandfather, Sheikh Ghulam Abbas Alansari, was a respected businessman in the UAE & head of our family. One of the homes he built has since become recognized as a historical site. He also served as a committee member of the Dubai Municipality, reflecting a legacy of civic involvement, entrepreneurship, & community leadership that continues to influence me today. Foundations My earliest inspiration was my father, Nasser Alansari. From a young age he would take me to construction sites, walking me through his developments & explaining how homes are built from the ground up. Those early experiences shaped my appreciation for architecture, construction, & the craft behind residential development.
Today
Today my focus centers on selected residential developments, personal projects, & collaborations within the broader family real estate ecosystem. Building on those foundations, my aim is to explore modern villa development & long-term property ventures.
